I had a calzone yesterday and the crust was REALLY GOOD , but I had a cheese and onion one , the onions where not cooked. I questioned why they where not it was semi strange. Other than that the good was good , the place was quiet minus the little kid we had with us but they where very understanding.

Apparently if you're not white and want to dine in they'll ignore you and never give you a menu or take your order. What a shame, I really wanted to try the pizza but we walked out.

We LOVE West Side!! Delicious pizzas. They are very generous with the toppings and the family is very friendly. Definitely try it if you haven’t :D

Good food, good people

Lady who answered the phone was very rude. Due to the holiday 4th of July they were closed and I wanted to order a party pizza for the day after the holiday. When I called she rudely said no I need 24 hour notice and she did not try to suggest anything to help me she just said bye and hug up. Not a whole rounded business person.

Awesome pizza joint i love there huge salads great pizza like the chicken parmesan 🍕 very busy on weekends but wotth the little wait tuna grinders also very generous and tasty limited seating so get there early or take out delivery also available

What a great local pizza/restaurant. Family run,very friendly. If you havent....give it a try.

I’ve delivered 150 Doordash orders now. This was the slowest wait I have had at any restaurant. I got there at 6:30pm, and I didn’t receive the order for the customer for over 40 minutes. As a delivery driver, time is of the essence. Being prompt for a delivery is extremely important. I had to ask the staff three different times if the order was ready for the customer yet. If an order ever comes across on my phone again from West Side Pizza, I will certainly decline it. Since they chose to partner with Doordash, this establishment should value the drivers. They get more business and don’t need to hire a delivery driver on their staff. If I could rate this place lower than one star, I would do it in a heartbeat. Don’t waste your time ordering from here and get some pizza that’s actually good (Modern Pizza, Pepe’s, Bar, Illiano’s, or Mondo).

I used to order food pretty frequently until I went to dine in and the owner’s wife was very rude to my family. She asked me if my kids could be careful eating and not make a mess. My kids were 2 and 3 at the time. She was very rude and I felt very uncomfortable dining in after that comment. I will never eat or order there ever again.

We love Westside. Especially their pizza. We often get the dinners for take out too. They have been out of either eggplant or veal the last few times we've ordered. Hopefully they will have both next time we go.

The food no matter what it is, is delicious. It's a family business and they make youFeel like your family as well. I use to live In Rocky Hill and now I drive from Farmington just to get a pizza or a grinder.. If you haven't tried Westside Pizza yet you should.

A friend of mine brought me some pizza from West Side Pizza last night and I have to say it was fantastic! I'm already craving more :)

Lots of pizza joints in the area, I Only go HERE!

The pizza here is probably the best in town, but the service is always lacking. Anytime I call the order the woman is short with me and clearly doesn't want to be on the phone. I had to stop them from hanging up once because I didn't get to finish by order by the time she was ready to hang up (it was a pizza and I wanted to get fries too) and another time I tried to order a veggie grinder and add eggplant (willing to pay extra) and she just flat out said no I'm not doing that. In person they don't seem very friendly unless you're a regular either, but still they make great food.

Best dinner in Rocky Hill...stuffed shells are out of this world. A must for a quick dinner.

We’ve been eating at West Side for over 20 years. The pizzas continue to be delicious and delivery is hot and fresh. They also have a large selection of entrees that are sure to stimulate your palette.

Best place if you want to take a break on the way to new York and enjoy some quality pizza. Very good pizza resturesta.

Very clean, friendly staff and very good food.

Love this place. A bit out of the way for us to hit up regularly but the pizza is absolutely perfect. The staff is minimal but they definitely get the food out to you in good amount of time. Prices are great. Highly recommend this place.
